With the heat descending on us again, our THJSL president has asked us to pass this along.
Note that if THPRD/BSD closes the fields because of the heat index, we will let everyone know as soon as we hear from them. Usually, they try to notify us by 4:00pm, but that is not a guarantee.
If practice is cancelled because of the heat, coaches will let their parents know immediately. Note that if the heat index is between 90-100, practice is at coach discretion. If this is the case and practice is held, please make sure your player brings extra water and plenty of sunscreen.

2. Heat on Sat for games.
Referee working with Coaches are free to provide water breaks as need for Games. Game length will not be adjusted as normal THJSL Rec Practice.
